Plan and AI requests
Every AI request on the website costs real money. That's why every account has a plan, and the plan decides how many AI requests you can make.

Step by step
- Check on the overview or the account page how many requests you have left.
- If you need more, tap “Need more requests?” below the “Just say it” field in the Studio. When only a few are left, the overview also shows a note under “New for you” that you can tap.
- The feedback form opens with a matching title. Tell us briefly what you need the AI for.
- Tap “Send”. We'll reply by email.
Good to know
- These count as AI requests: “Just say it”, “Suggest a concept” in the Studio of a song show, and “Analyze photos (AI)” for locations in the 3D visualizer. Each counts once.
- AI help in the help window has its own allowance of AI questions, which also depends on your plan. It doesn't use up AI requests, and the Help assistant with the guides is always free.
- Requests that didn't work don't count. “View last suggestion” for a song concept doesn't cost a new request.
- With the Standard plan you first get 15 test requests to try things out. They're a total, not per month.
- Other plans have more requests, for example a fresh batch every month. Then it says “this month”, and on the 1st of each month it starts over.
- If a plan only runs until a certain date, the date is shown: “Plan: … (until …)”. After that the Standard plan applies again.
- If your account gets a different plan, requests are counted from zero from then on.
- The “AI requests” card on the overview only appears when AI is switched on for the website or you've used it before.
Questions
Does a request count if I take it back with “Undo”?
Yes. Every request that returned a result counts.
Do you store what I wrote to the AI?
No. We only store that a request was made. Exception: you rate a result with thumbs down and explicitly tap “Send with request and result” (see Rating AI results).
How many AI questions do I get in the help?
The Help assistant shows that below every AI answer. They're separate from the AI requests in the Studio.
How many requests have I used so far?
The “AI requests” card on the overview shows what's left and below it “So far: …× “Just say it” · …× song concept”.
If something goes wrong
- “You've used all your test requests.”: Your test requests are used up. Ask for more with “Need more requests?”.
- “You've used all your AI requests this month. They reset on the 1st.”: On the 1st of next month you'll have requests again.
- “The AI is taking a break for the rest of this month. It's back on the 1st.”: The website's AI has reached its limit for this month. This affects all accounts, not just yours.
- “The AI isn't switched on for this site.” or the “Just say it” field is missing: AI is currently switched off on the website.
- The number in the Studio doesn't match the account page: Reload the designer. The Studio fetches the count when it first opens and after each of its own requests. Requests from the 3D visualizer or another tab only show up after reloading.
