Changing your password
If you know your password and want a new one, you change it on your account page.
Step by step
- Open your account page, choose the “Sign-in” area and tap “Change” next to “Password”.
- Enter your current password under “Current password”.
- Enter the new password under “New password (at least 10 characters)”.
- Tap “Change password”. You'll see “Password changed.”
Good to know
- The new password must have at least 10 characters.
- We only store the password as a secure hash. Nobody can read it, not even us.

I don't remember my current password.
Sign out and use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page (see Forgot your password).
If something goes wrong
- “The current password is incorrect”: Check your current password. Mind upper and lower case.
- “The password must have at least 10 characters”: Choose a longer new password.
