Suggest an idea or ask a question
If something's missing or you can't find an answer in the help, write to us straight from the program. Ideas go onto our list, questions we answer by email.
Step by step
- Tap “Help” at the top right.
- Tap “Suggest an idea” or “Ask a question”.
- In the first line, write briefly what it's about. For questions, the panel shows matching guides below under “Maybe this already helps:”, and tapping one opens it.
- Describe your idea or question under “Description”. A screenshot helps here too.
- Enter your email address. For a question it's required so we can reply.
- Tap “Send”.
Good to know
- If the help search finds nothing, you'll see “Nothing found. Just ask us directly:” with the “Ask a question” button. Your search is then already in the form.
- Below every guide it says “Did this help?”. If you tap “No”, you can ask right away, so we know which guide needs improving.
- Good ideas from other users go into the next versions. The more precisely you describe what you want to achieve, the better.
Questions
How quickly will I get an answer?
Usually within a few days. The answer comes by email and, with an account, also appears under My feedback.
Is Droplit a SoundSwitch product?
No. Droplit is an independent tool by hochzeitdj.nrw. Questions about SoundSwitch itself are answered by SoundSwitch support.
