Build a show for your song – video and coach
In the video you build a light show for one song: find the song, share your music folder, mood and colors, song parts, song concept, saving, and how it plays in SoundSwitch. About 4½ minutes.

Step by step
- Tap “Songs” on the left and your song. The designer builds a first show with “Party” right away.
- Web version: on the right, tap “Share music folder …” and choose the drive or folder with your music. Then the song parts appear below the stage – no AI, straight from the music.
- On the right, choose a mood for the whole song; on the left, a palette under “Colors” and the sliders under “Light & tempo”.
- Tap a part below the stage, e.g. the chorus: on the right, its own mood, “Lock” or “Reroll just this part”.
- Out of ideas? On the left, “Just say it” → “Suggest a concept” – Claude comes up with a concept just for this song.
- Tap “Save” at the top right. The show goes into the song's script.
Good to know
- You share the music folder only once. Nothing is uploaded.
- In SoundSwitch: open the copy, load the song – the show plays along by itself.
- In the video the concept is a sample. Yours is made fresh and counts as one AI request.
Questions
My song is missing from the list.
SoundSwitch only creates the file once you've opened the song there: load the song, place any effect on it in Edit mode, save – then choose the project again in the designer.
