Saving and loading setups as presets
A preset is a slot for a complete setup. That way you can bring back, for example, “Small wedding” and “Big gala” with one click.

Step by step
- Finish your setup (see Editing the setup).
- Click “New …” and enter a name, e.g. “Small wedding”.
- To load, pick the preset from the list. It replaces the project's gear. Location, fixed fittings, furniture, decor and the event's schedule stay.
- If you change something afterwards, it says “● Changed – “Save” stores the changes in the preset.”. Click “Save” to update the preset, or “Reload” to discard your changes in this project.
- Use “Rename” and “Delete” to manage the selected preset.
