Adding furniture, guests and decor
Besides the gear, you can place tables, rows of chairs, a bar, buffets, a dance floor, guests and decor. You see how light and gobos look in a full room, and the floor plan counts tables and chairs for you.

Step by step
- Search for an object or expand a group. One click puts it in a free spot without covering anything else. You can also drag it straight into the 3D view.
- Under “Size and options” on the right, set what the object has, e.g. “Diameter”, “Chairs”, “Tablecloth”, “Length” or “Surface”. A summary sits below, e.g. “Needs about … m”.
- Drag the object into place and turn it with “Rotation”.
- Select several tables with ⇧ and line them up with “In a grid” (see Arranging objects).

- The workbench: setting up the visualizer with the toolbar on the leftThe visualizer has a new layout: instead of one long sidebar and lots of buttons at the top, there is a toolbar on the left with seven areas. Only one area is open at a time, and the 3D view stays large next to it. At the top you see which location and which setup are loaded, and the search gets you to any function in two seconds.Summary
