Furnish the room automatically, guests and the day's schedule
The visualizer furnishes the hall to suit the occasion: dance floor in front of the booth, tables with place settings and centerpieces, buffet, bar with bartender, high-top tables, lounge, photo booth and more. Then you jump through the day with one click, from the reception through dinner to the party, and see the room each time with the right guests and the right light.

Furnish the room automatically
- “Event” on the left → “Furnish room”.
- Choose the occasion (wedding, gala, birthday, corporate), the number of guests and the table shape (round for 10 or 8, long tables).
- Tick the equipment: dance floor, couple's or guest of honor table, bar, high-top tables, dessert buffet, candy bar, midnight snack, cake, gift table, photo booth and lounge. Also choose whether there's a hot or cold buffet or a plated dinner.
- Under “Style” you set chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces and napkin color.
- “Preview” shows the plan in the 3D view, “Furnish room” applies it.
Your technology (booth, trusses, stands, speakers, risers) stays put, the assistant plans around it. If the hall is too small, it enlarges it on request and tells you how big it would need to be. A new run only replaces what the assistant set up itself. Undo with ⌘Z / Ctrl+Z.
