Static Looks: moving heads as a wave or in opposite directions – SoundSwitch can't do this itself

In SoundSwitch all moving heads in a Static Look move in sync. In the designer you can now stagger them: each mover gets its own start offset, and SoundSwitch plays the look exactly that way. We measured this in SoundSwitch via Art-Net.

Static Looks: moving heads as a wave or in opposite directions – SoundSwitch can't do this itself
  • Wave: the heads circle or pan one after another, from the left, from the right or from the center. Spread sets how far apart they are.
  • opposite: every second head runs half a cycle behind. With a scan, one pans left while the next pans right.
  • A small preview shows all heads from left to right at their real cycle time.
  • Thanks for the request – this is exactly what feedback is for!
