Furnish the room automatically, guests through the day and six pro tools
The visualizer now furnishes the whole hall for you – and fills it with life. Tell it the occasion and number of guests, and it arranges the dance floor, set tables, buffet, bar with bartender, high-top tables, lounge, photo booth and cake around your booth. Then you jump through the day: reception, dinner, buffet, cake cutting, first dance, party.
- Furnish the room automatically: choose occasion, guests, table shape, equipment and style – done. Your technology stays put, the hall grows if needed.
- Guests through the day: seated at dinner, with plates at the buffet, in a circle at the first dance, dancing at the party. Plus waiters with trays, bartenders and a chef. The room light follows the time of day.
- Set tables: chargers, cutlery, glasses, napkins in your color, flowers, candelabras, candles or lanterns and table numbers. Everything can be shown or hidden via Layers.
- Distribute ambient lighting: uplights evenly along walls, pillars, corners or around the dance floor – with a recommendation of how many fixtures the room needs.
- Time-lapse: the whole day in one minute, with a big clock and smooth light changes.
- Check sight lines, sound map, cables & power: Can every guest see the couple? Where is it too loud to talk? How much cable and how many circuits do you need?
- Take a seat: sit on any chair and watch the show through your guests' eyes.
- Camera flight as video and sunset on the big day: a video to send to the couple and the answer to when it gets dark outside on the wedding day.

- At the bottom, in the Guests & schedule bar, click ✦ Tools → Furnish the room automatically.
- Then click Party in the bar – or ▶ for the time-lapse.
