In the live settings you decide when Autoloops change, how looks are layered and whether family party safety is on. The settings apply to all projects in this browser.

Step by step

  1. Open the live settings.
  2. “Autoloop changes”: when a new loop starts. “instantly”, “next beat” (default) or “next bar”. On the beat or the downbeat looks cleanest.
  3. “Layered static looks”: “layered (2.11)” like SoundSwitch 2.11, the last look pressed wins. “only one” like older versions: a new look turns the previous one off.
  4. “Fade looks”: “hard”, “1 s”, “3 s” or “8 s”. Looks then fade in and out softly.
  5. “Family party safety”: “on” limits the strobe button to at most 3 flashes per second.
  6. Only in the “Control One” layout: “Control One connected to”. “Computer (SoundSwitch)” drives SoundSwitch 1:1, “Engine unit (standalone)” has the Engine Lighting limits.
  7. Only in the “PRIME 4” layout: “PRIME 4 model”. “PRIME 4 / 4+” controls lighting on the touchscreen only, “PRIME 4 G2” also via the lighting pad pages. You can also switch right at the top left of the view.
  8. Tap “Done”. Every choice applies right away.
