“Just say it” now understands single lights and moments in a song

Until now, “Just say it” set up the whole show. Now you can also name single lights and moments, for example “uplights red, movers white, strobe in the second chorus, blackout at 1:23”. The AI turns this into rules that sit on top of the mood. Everywhere else the show keeps playing.

  • Lights: “tubes rainbow”, “lasers off”, “only the movers”, “left uplights blue”. The AI knows the fixture groups of your rig.
  • Times: in an Autoloop “in the second half” or “bars 5 to 8”, in a song “in the drop”, “in the second chorus”, “from the first drop on” or “at 1:23”.
  • Existing shows stay: on a show from SoundSwitch, “uplights red” just puts the rule on top without rebuilding the show.
  • Everything at a glance: the “Also applies” list shows every rule. Tap × to take one out again.
  • Also in the song concept and in Static Looks (“uplights rosé, movers on the mirror ball”).

Try it

  1. Open an Autoloop or a song show in the Studio.
  2. Under Just say it, type for example “uplights red, movers white, strobe in the second half” and tap Go.
  3. Watch the preview. In the Also applies list, tap × to remove a rule.

Try it with your own rig.
